South of the better known Leeward Islands of Antigua and St Barths lie the lush Windward Islands. In St Lucia challenge yourself to climb the famous Pitons, two mountainous volcanic spires rewarding those who dare unforgettable views. Return to refresh your body in the volcanic mud baths of Soufrière, then take a cocktail on the idyllic white sandy beaches and if you are lucky, experience a live sea turtle hatching at sunset. With her volcanic origins, St Lucia also provides a spectacular aquatic world to explore by snorkel or scuba. Abandoned sugar plantations offer some historic sightseeing or ride ATV’s through across the island and zip-line through the trees. On St Vincent take the yachts tender to the amazing natural Baleine waterfall, where you can swim in the fresh water pool beneath the cascading water. From here you head down to explore the Grenadine Islands. |
Enjoy the bustling yachting town of Port Elizabeth on Bequia, or venture inland to explore the old forts and climb the summit. For scuba enthusiasts there is excellent diving to be found.

The Exumas is an archipelago of 365 islands, just a short hop from the cosmopolitan capital of Nassau. Inhabited by British Loyalists and their slaves at the time of the American War of Independence, you will find plenty of history and culture as you cruise through these laid-back yet charming islands. Swim in pristine blue cays or venture ashore to explore the land through scenic walking trails. At Compass Cay enjoy the famous ‘Rachel’s Bubblebath’ where ocean waves splash over into a swimming hole creating a jacuzzi effect. Jet through mangroves by tender or jet ski then relax back on board dining under the stars. |
The whole of the Exumas is a dream for fishing but Staniel Cay provides some of the best. Here you can test your skill to haul in wahoo, tuna, mahi mahi and marlin then watch your private chef turn your catch into a 5 star dinner. For the scuba enthusiasts dive the vertical wall at Exuma Sound, then the whole family can swim with the wild pigs at Big Major’s beach.
